This section presents the quarterly Supervisory Banking Statistics, together with the supporting documentation required to facilitate their understanding and interpretation. The underlying methodology is described in the Methodological Guide. Information on the population of credit institutions included in the aggregated figures is provided in the MT Banking Population, which is updated regularly to reflect any changes in scope. Detailed definitions and explanations of individual data points and metrics are available in the Annex to the Methodological Guide.
