Following to the Malta Financial Services Authority’s public notices issued on the 2 June 2020, the MFSA hereby informs the public that it has been notified by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission that with effect from 18 June 2020, it has withdrawn the suspension of the authorisation of MAGNUM FX (Cyprus) Limited (“the Company”). Accordingly, the Company is once again authorised by CySEC to carry out investment services and activities as an investment firm. Following such withdrawal of suspension, with effect from 18 June 2020, the Company may once again passport its services in Malta under the Markets in Financial Instrument Directive II (Directive 2014/65/EU).
