Further to the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”)’s public notice issued on 02 August 2021, the MFSA hereby informs the public that it is has been notified by Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (“CySEC”) that, with effect from 03 November 2021, it has withdrawn the suspension of the authorisation of Depaho Ltd (the “Company”). Accordingly, the Company is once again authorised by CySEC to carry out investment services and activities as an investment firm. Following such withdrawal of suspension, with effect from 03 November 2021, the Company may once again passport its services in Malta under the Markets in Financial Instrument Directive (Directive 2014/65/EU).
