Further to the Malta Financial Services Authority’s public notice issued on the 5th June 2017, the MFSA hereby informs the public that it has been notified by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission that, with effect from 12th February 2018, it has withdrawn the suspension of the authorisation of Boursotrade Ltd. Accordingly, the company is once again authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to carry out investment services and activities as an investment firm. Following such withdrawal of suspension, with effect from 12th February 2018, the company may once again passport its services in Malta under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive II (Directive 2014/65/EU).
