Withdrawal of authorisation of Best Choice FBC Ltd by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission
APRIL 06, 2018

The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission has notified the Malta Financial Services Authority of its decision of the 25 September 2017 to wholly withdraw the Cyprus Investment Firm authorisation of Best Choice FBC Ltd (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”), which decision was announced on 5 February 2018.

Accordingly, the Company is no longer authorised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission to carry out investment services and activities as an investment firm and should settle, within a period of three (3) months, its obligations arising from the services that it is no longer allowed to perform. The Company is therefore no longer authorised to passport its services in Malta under the Markets in Financial Instruments Directive (Directive 2014/65/EU) with effect from the said date.

In view of the aforementioned withdrawal of authorisation by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission, the Malta Financial Services Authority strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services from Best Choice FBC Ltd.
