STM Malta Pension Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the STM Malta Personal Retirement Plan (“the Scheme”) as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 10^th July 2026 the Scheme will no longer be registered as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
