STM Malta Pensions Services Limited requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the STM Harbour Protected Retirement Scheme as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 3 February 2021 the Scheme is no longer registered as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
