STM Malta Pension Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the STM Harbour (US) Retirement Scheme  (“the Scheme”) as a Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, 2011 Cap. 514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 July 2023 the Scheme is no longer registered as a Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, 2011 Cap. 514.
