Sovereign Pension Services Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the Kemmuna Retirement Benefit Fund SICAV plc (“the Fund”) as a Retirement Fund in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 April 2021 the Fund is no longer registered as a Retirement Fund in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
