Integrated-Capabilities (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the termination of registration of the Optimus Retirement Benefit Scheme No.2 (“the Scheme”) as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514.

The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. The termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 7th August 2017, the scheme is no longer registered as a Personal Retirement Scheme in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap.514.
