Termination of KPMG Malta’s appointment as a Competent Person in relation to Falcon Funds SICAV PLC

This notice is to make the general public aware that following the voluntary surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Sub-Funds of Falcon Funds SICAV plc, KPMG Malta’s appointment as a Competent Person, in place since 11 January 2017, has been terminated with effect from today.
