Termination of authorisation of Rabobank Ireland plc renamed as Rabo Ireland Designated Activity Company by the Central Bank of Ireland
NOVEMBER 08, 2016

The Central Bank of Ireland has notified the Malta Financial Services Authority that, with effect from 07th November 2016 and at the request of the licence holder it terminated the authorisation of Rabo Ireland Designated Activity Company (formerly known as Rabobank Ireland plc) and accordingly, the credit institution is currently not authorised by the said Regulatory Authority to provide services as a credit institution. The credit institution is therefore not authorised to passport its services in Malta under the Capital Requirements Directive (Directive 2013/36/EU) with effect from such date.

In view of the aforementioned termination of authorisation by the Central Bank of Ireland, the Authority strongly advises against responding to any offer of financial services from Rabo Ireland Designated Activity Company (formerly known as Rabobank Ireland plc).
