The MFSA has accepted Dominion Fiduciary Services Ltd’s request to remove the exemption to act as a Back-office administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap 514. Accordingly, with effect from 11 January 2021 the Dominion Fiduciary Services Ltd is no longer exempted to act as a Back-office administrator in terms of the Retirement Pensions Act, Cap. 514.
