This notice is to make the general public aware that, Koala Crypto Limited (C 97348), (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the temporary suspension of its Class 4 VFA Services licence, for a period of no longer than 6 months, effective from 4 April 2022. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
