This notice is to make the general public aware that Vatas Asset Management Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Category 2 Investment Services Licence for a six month period. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 13 February 2015, and until further notice, the Company’s Category 2 Investment Services Licence is in suspension.
