This notice is to make the general public aware that Pravda Capital SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Collective Investment Scheme Licence issued to the Scheme. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 November 2020, and until further notice, the Scheme’s licence is in suspension.
