This notice is to make the general public aware that Imperium Malta Limited (“the Company”), a company incorporated and granted authorisation on the 5th August 2016, that is authorised to, receive property under trusts and to act as a trustee or co-trustee; provide other fiduciary services; and act as an administrator of private foundations, in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap. 331 of the Laws of Malta) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to voluntarily  suspend its authorisation.

The Authority in accordance with article 46(f) of the Trusts and Trustees Act (Cap 331. of the Laws of Malta) hasaccepted the Company’s request for suspension for a period of one (1) year.

Accordingly, with effect from 25th May 2018, and until further notice, the Company’s authorisation is suspended.
