This notice is to make the general public aware that Global and Emerging Market Real Estate Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to extend the voluntary suspension of the licence granted to the Scheme until the 31 January 2016. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 27 October 2015, and until further notice, the Scheme’s licence is in suspension.
