This notice is to make the general public aware that Conseils En Finances Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Category 1A Investment Services Licence. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request and will be suspending its Category 1A Investment Services Licence for a period of six months. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 September 2017, and until further notice, the Company’s Category 1A Investment Services Licence is in suspension.
