This notice is to make the general public aware that Audentia Capital SICAV II plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the voluntary suspension of its Collective Investment Scheme Licence issued to its 3 sub-funds: Palvic Fund, Greenview Fund and Get Value FX Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request with effect from 18 January 2021. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
