This notice is to make the general public aware that, LH(M) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“the MFSA”) to accept the temporary suspension of its Class 3 Investment Services Licence, for a period of no longer than 12 months. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This suspension is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA.
