This notice is to make the general public aware that Mamo, Camilleri-Preziosi & Ganado Nominee Company Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the warrant which was issued to the Company to act as a Nominee, in terms of Article 43 of the Malta International Business Activities Act, 1988 and Article 47 of the Offshore Trusts Act, 1988 as retained in force by Section 107(4) of Act XVII of 2002. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 February 2022, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
