This notice is to make the general public aware that Ocorian Corporate Services (Malta) Ltd (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the authorisation which was issued to the company to act as a Trustee or Co-Trustee to provide fiduciary services in terms of the Trust and Trustees Act.   This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 January 2022 the Company ceased to be authorised by the MFSA.
