This notice is to make the general public aware that L&TD Fiduciaries Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the licence which was issued to the Company to act as a Trustee or Co-Trustee to provide Fiduciary Services in terms of the Trusts and Trustees Act. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such licence.   This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from the 13 July 2021 the Company ceased to be authorized by the MFSA.
