Mr Matthew Gatt (“the individual”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the registration which was issued to him to act as a company service provider in terms of Article 5 of the Company Service Providers Act, 2013. The MFSA has accepted the surrender of such registration. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30 December 2019, the Individual ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
