This notice is to make the general public aware that BDO Fintech Advisory Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its VFA Agent Registration. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 4 March 2022, the Company ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
