This notice is to make the general public aware that Abacus Corporate Services Ltd (“the Company”), as Retirement Scheme Administrator of The Falcon Plan (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of registration of the Company and the Scheme.

The MFSA has accepted the Company and the Scheme’s request. This termination is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 30th March 2015, the Company and the Scheme ceased to be registered by the MFSA.
