This notice is to make the general public aware that Apex Group Fund Administration (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to the Company to provide fund administration services. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 2 January 2024, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
