This notice is to make the general public aware that the Company with Registration Number C59247 recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate previously granted to it. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 September 2021, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
