This notice is to make the general public aware that Scotstone RICC Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Recognition Certificate to provide administration services to incorporated cells. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly with effect from 16 June 2026, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
