This notice is to make the general public aware that the Company with Registration Number C 51132 – [Ocorian International Fund Services (Malta) Limited, formerly  known as Estera International Fund Services (Malta) Limited], requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to it in relation to the Company. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11 February 2021, the Company ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
