This notice is to make the general public aware that Apex Fund Solutions (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to the Company. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 24 June 2022, the Company ceased to be recognised as a Fund Administrator by the MFSA.
