This notice is to make the general public aware that Abacus Financial Services (Malta) Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the Recognition Certificate granted to the Company. The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 08 March 2019, the Company ceased to be recognised by the MFSA.
