This notice is to make the general public aware that MCM Global Opportunities Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to Financial Sector Opportunities Fund and Global Income Opportunities Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 March 2016, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
