This notice is to make the general public aware that Woodman Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to Woodman Diversified Fund, Woodman Credit Club I Fund and DF Real Estate Opportunities Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 26 October 2021, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
