This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• NBCG 1859 Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Avalon Sub-Fund;
• NBCG FETS Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Greenwich Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Lock Sub-Fund;
• NBCG MacroEdge Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Oxford Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Portobello Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Sherwood Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Sonata Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Soaring Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Spitfire Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Thor Sub-Fund; and
• NBCG Valkyrie Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 January 2015 the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
