This notice is to make the general public aware that NBCG Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• NBCG Cethea Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Eaton Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Ghent Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Feeder Force Capital II Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Feeder Graham K4D 15 Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Feeder Horseman Europe Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Feeder Malta Transtrend Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Feeder Manalapan Sub-Fund;
• NBCG Oriel Sub-Fund;
• NBCG MAQD Sub-Fund; and
• NBCG WNTN Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21 January 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
