This notice is to make the general public aware that Malta IFP SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to Dagon Fund and Dynamic Asset Allocation Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 28 December 2016, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
