This notice is to make the general public aware that La Valette Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• La Valette Malta Bond Fund;
• La Valette Monthly Income Fund;
• La Valette Euro Income Fund;
• La Valette Sterling Income Fund; and
• La Valette High Yield Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 16 April 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
