This notice is to make the general public aware that Invictus SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (‘MFSA’) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• Enea Invictus Far East Fund
• Enea Invictus European Equity Fund
• Enea Invictus Money Market Fund
• Enea Invictus US Equity Fund
• Enea Invictus Emerging Market Fund
• Enea Invictus Commodity & Forex Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 6th July 2012, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
