This notice is to make the general public aware that Innocap Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• Advent Convertible Arbitrage Sub-Fund;
• Cheyne European Event Driven Sub-Fund;
• Eaton Sub-Fund;
• Ghent Sub-Fund;
• Oriel Sub-Fund;
• Severn River Sub-Fund;
• True North Sub-Fund;
• Verso Sub-Fund; and
• York Lion Sub-Fund.

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 21 January 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
