This notice is to make the general public aware that FMG Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to FMG (EU) Special Opportunity Fund, FMG (EU) India Fund and FMG (EU) BioMed Hedge Fund (“the Sub-Funds”). The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirelyvoluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatoryaction taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22nd October, 2010, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
