This notice is to make the general public aware that AKJ Simplon RICC Limited (“the Company”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted in relation to the following Sub-Funds:

• The Cape Global Trading Fund IC SICAV plc
• Red Sandalwood Dynamic Fund IC SICAV plc

The MFSA has accepted the Company’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 14 May 2014, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
