This notice is to make the general public aware that The ARP Absolute Return Fund (SICAV) plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence, as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its only two remaining sub-funds, The ARP Private Finance Fund and The ARP Structural Alpha Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 17 January 2018, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
