This notice is to make the general public aware that Global Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licences granted to the Scheme in relation to the below Sub-funds

• Global Bond Fund Plus (LEI Code: 213800S3R2U86IBZMK06)
• Malta Privatisation and Equity Fund (LEI Code: 213800RD3MCPAO5Q8A16)
• Melita International Equity Fund (LEI Code: 213800ZB2KCGAJFIEA07)

The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 22 December 2023, the Scheme and its Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
