This notice is to make the general public aware that Capital Investments (SICAV) plc (“the Scheme”) recently requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its collective investment scheme licence, as well as the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to its only sub-fund, Diamond Capital Fund. The MFSA has accepted the Scheme’s request. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 1 November 2017, the Scheme ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
