Yapi Kredi Bank Malta Ltd (“the Bank”) has requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of its Banking Licence. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, the ECB has accepted the withdrawal of authorisation of Yapi Kredi Bank Malta Ltd with effect from 23 November 2021.
