This notice is to make the general public aware that Vitruvian Fund SICAV plc (the “Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted to the Scheme and its Sub-Fund, namely the Vitruvian ‘A’ Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 23 April 2026, the Scheme and its Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
