This notice is to make the general public aware that Villers Investment Funds SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to 27four Moderate Fund Plus GBP Fund of Funds and 27four Moderate Fund Plus USD Fund of Funds (“the Sub-Funds”). This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 11 June 2019, the Sub-Funds ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
