This notice is to make the general public aware Velocity Classic Auto Fund SICAV plc (“the Scheme”) requested the Malta Financial Services Authority (“MFSA”) to accept the surrender of the collective investment scheme licence granted in relation to the Scheme and its remaining Sub-Fund, the Velocity Classic Auto Fund. This surrender is entirely voluntary and does not arise as a result of any regulatory action taken by the MFSA. Accordingly, with effect from 9 January 2019, the Scheme and the Sub-Fund ceased to be licensed by the MFSA.
